I enjoy pesto on EVERYTHING! It adds so much freshness to pizza, salads, sandwiches, & it makes for a perfect snack! The ingredients are unique & who doesn't enjoy being different.
A Bundle of Dill 2 Cups of Raw Spinach ¼ Cup Pumpkin Seeds 2-3 Cloves of Garlic 2 Tbsp Olive Oil ½ tsp Chili Lime Seasonings Salt & Pepper to Taste
Macro Greens (optional)
Sweet Potato & Beet Chips
1 Sweet Potato
1 Golden Beet
½ Tbsp Avocado Oil
Salt & Pepper
Combined all pesto ingredients into food processor. Blend until finally chopped
Preheat oven to 350
Slice the sweet potato & golden beets on a mandolin or cut thin with a knife. Lightly coat with oil, salt, & pepper. Then place on a baking sheet with parchment paper and bake till crispy. About 7-10 minutes. Flip & bake for about 2 more minutes. Keep your eye on them. They can burn quickly. Let them cook and then....
